the staff was helpful and friendly . the proximity to the metro station was very convenient. i easily accessed many parts of the city from there. the room was clean and had everything i needed.

the air conditioning was difficult to control.

the staff at the reception was amazing!!! check-in and check-out were very efficient. the housekeeping staff ensured the room remained clean throughout my stay. i received ice at the bar each evening because of my knee injury.

The staff offered helpful tips about local eateries. Filisberta and Gabriel provided great recommendations. A grocery store is located directly across from THE hotel.

The mattress felt uncomfortable and led to some neck pain .

fantastic location friendly staff super clean room luggage storage

the hotel has a fantastic location. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was super clean , and the wifi worked fast. i really appreciated having luggage storage available both upon arrival and departure.

i noticed the room had no tea or coffee facilities , which would have been a nice addition.

the front desk staff was very polite and cute. hannah at the front desk provided excellent customer service, and omar was warm and cute. the staff were always ready to assist with a smile, and i felt very supported.

small room inadequate air conditioning

the location was quite convenient to the metro station.

The room was smaller than expected. Space was definitely limited. the air conditioning seemed inadequate, even in mild weather. i found it difficult to get a comfortable temperature at night, and that impacted my sleep.
